J.C aka JCiii formally known as JC Peters was born in London, England, but later moved to Ottawa, Canada with his family in 1996. J.C has been writing and making music since he was 12 years old andrecorded his first single “With You” when he was 14.
On January 1st 2016 he released his first EP ‘DIFFERENT’. He followed it up with “III” same year and
‘MOMENTUM’ in 2017. His most recent project “UNDERDOG” was released in 2019 and was rewarded with a nomination for MUSIC ARTIST OF THE YEAR 2019 by FACES Magazine.
Currently promoting his single ‘GIVE’ JC has over 10,000 subscribers on YouTube with hundreds of thousands of video views and over 75,000 followers on Instagram. He has managed to craft a unique and creative sound that distinguishes him from other artists. J. C who is also a producer and sound engineer does most of his production by himself. He said that he is also open to collaborations with other artists and producers. He wishes to continue to enhance his skills further and put forth the knowledge and experience he has learnt over the years towards music.
J.C has transcribed his life into music ever since he was a little kid and has now decided to make his passion his priority by making a full time career in music. An independent artist with no management he wishes to use his gift as took to motivate and inspire others.
He is currently working on his latest album titled “Gemini”. The album which is meant to showcase the two sides to J.C is scheduled for release later this year. Keep an eye out for this underdog because with the right support and his continued persistency and discipline this rapper is set to be a force in the coming years.
