Before it was re-issued on March 25th, 2019, Jealous, his breakout track, had previously been published as a part of the label’s collaborative effort, YBNL Family.

This choice was made because the song was already doing well on the radio and regularly got a ton of rotation across stations.

What If I Say, his second song, was released on June 14th, 2019. The song, which Pheelz wrote and produced, cemented Fireboy DML’s reputation as a rising talent. TG Omori both directed and shot the What If I Say music video.

Fireboy DML released the number-one single King three months later, showcasing his great craftsmanship in the process.

King received tens of thousands of streams in the weeks that followed its release. The music video for the song, which debuted on August 1st, 2019, was made by TG Omori.

On November 29, 2019, Fireboy DML finally finished recording his debut studio album, “Laughter, Tears, and Goosebumps,” to both critical praise and financial success.

Over 6 million Spotify streams were accumulated for the 13-track album in just three days.
