Ezra Olubi Biography
Ezra Olubi, a Nigerian businessman, software and mobile app developer and supporter of the LGBTQ community, was born on November 12th, 1986, in Ibadan. He is also a co-founder and the chief technology officer of Paystack.
He has stated that he is heterosexual, although he does lipstick and nail polish.
Education and Career
Olubi earned a Computer Science degree from Babcock University in 2006.
He and Shola Akinlade founded PayStack, an electronic payment system, in 2016, and it was the first Nigerian business to be admitted into the Y Combinator program. PayStack received $120,000 in funding.
Later, a technology company called Stripe bought Paystack for $200 million in 2020.

President Muhammadu Buhari and Paystack co-founder recently trended in a video as Ezra Olubi receives a national accolade.
At the 2022 National Honors event conducted on October 11, Ezra got the OON award (Order Of The Niger).
President Buhari, who had just given him the honor, showed disbelief as Ezra left without proper appreciation.
